FAQs

Q. How do I show my artwork in the CVA Gallery?
A. We do one juried exhibition a year, plus two member exhibitions for current CVA Exhibiting Members.  For the Exhibiting Member exhibitions we accept all work that is properly prepared and fits the exhibitions' themes.  For exhibition opportunities please refer to our "Call for Artists" page on our website.

Q. What if I am out of town, can I still submit my work?
A. Yes, you can ship it, have a friend drop it off, or make arrangements with the Gallery Curator to bring it in earlier.  It is very important that you have arrangements to have your work picked up by a friend if it does not get into an exhibition since we have very limited storage space.  There is a daily storage fee for works not picked up on time.

Q. Do you show local artists?
A. Over 75 percent of our artists are from the greater Greensboro area.  We are committed to helping promote local artists and their art community.
